Guang Zhou SUNRANS Sanitary Ware Group Co., Ltd, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
Well I had to travel to Florida to enjoy a hot tub. Yes the one I purchased from Sunrans is still not working and it seems that there is no relief in sight. The saga goes on. This company is no longer trying to help with their defective part.
They have stopped responding to emails and will not even address the issue. This is very sad that a company that will sell you a Hot tub, but will not service it. How would that make you feel?
The same part broke for the third time, the control module; the brain to the system. It is the panel you set all of the temperature and on/ off function. It makes the system go. Three times this part has failed to work. In only 14 months did this happen. Not 14 years…..
How could anyone want to purchase a Hot Tub from this company is beyond me.
This is the company.
Check them out, but do not buy from them, unless you want a problem on your hands.
So, a "wonderful" reputation of reliability of SUNRANS SPAS is brought here... They stopped mails but not threatened Jeff with "attorneys letters"...!

This one come from a despaired lady named "Agat" living on the Netherlands ...
Like Jeff, she simply dreamed to get help directly from SUNRANS by this short post within their ad page hosted on Chinese trade.cn website!
"Who are You dealers In The Netherlands And Belgium? We Have Many Problems With Our Sunrans Spa..."
Unfortunately for her, this post IS like a message in a bottle floating on the ocean...! She complaint for "many problems" but doesn't mention if problems are related with SUNRANS PUMPS or with security !! (flooded house..??)
Simplest keywords "SUNRANS PROBLEMS" goggled, returned this result:

"The Company that I Directed was obliged to repair over 25 faulty hot tubs, spas and pools at the Company's expense through sourcing UK parts as Sunrans refused to send the parts as they didn't believe there were so many. The list of parts we asked for was over 2 A4 pages long. We paid £2000 for spare parts from Sunrans which were all faulty and then had no choice but to use UK parts. Sunrans will not fulfill any of their contractual obligations under the Sales of Goods Ordinances of the P.R. China and they think that sending you an invoice without even any terms on it is the limit of their liability. They will tell you that they sell their goods all over the world which is an extremely disturbing thought and yet they couldn't provide any references when we asked them."

That is not at all a manufacturer, but only a Dutch importer of same kind of chinese junk.
Once seen those reviews, you will then avoid to purchase such trash ...!
