"The factory imported whole set of German Technology and produces strictly according to the International Standard. It can produce high quality products and realize the perfect connection between German quality and China production. At present, it has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System, “CE, ROHS, SAA, TUV, ETL, and KC” Certifications."
Whereas a Company inspection charged in January 2015 by the web-master of this site attests that SUNRANS does not even have the slightest equipment to check safety of SPAS..!
Another outrageous claim from SUNRANS :
"Main markets are Europe, America, Australia,Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other countries and regions, with Britain, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Poland, the United States, Canada, Australia, Arabia, India, more than 50 countries to establish business relations."
But they fraudulently refuse to proudly mention ANY name - address of reseller- dealer of their products and even refrains to let customers know the name of their CEO!!
It’s time to tell a chunk of details about this supposed “reputation”... If you just take a look over web search results you will find at least 4 people claiming as being the SUNRANS CEO..!
In fact these “wannabe CEO” are but sellers using “honey traps”, by luring potential customers into compromising and entangled blackmailing situations !!! Meanwhile the main owner / executive at Sunrans Co. stay behind backstage...
He just think to be accurately “hidden” by a potent virtual army of Chinese young boys and girls selling on line (like Cathy Liu or Susan Fan or Dennis Zhang)... In fact these people behave like brainless chicken not even understanding what they do, scattering like on a farm backyard as frenetically seeking for worms (=clients...).
For chickens, the past and future simply do NOT exist at all ... Only present matter..!!
HERE THE FIRST BLACKMAILING DEMONSTRATION
On year 2008-2009 former seller Mr. Perry reported SUNRANS abuse by this statement:
“They do not have any qualified staff on their production lines and no insurance. They will refuse to return any money you have paid them, regardless of whether they fulfill any contract or not and they believe foreigners have no legal rights in China.”
Nowadays (year 2015) frightening SUNRANS people (like sales girl LIU), once she entangled a situation deliberately created by lies (and promises never kept...), after discovering BACK TRACK PROBLEMS she dared to write:
“Jan.13-2015
I have a thing I think you should know in advance. It's our company rule that we can help our customer to place his or her products in our warehouse for 2 months (after the day the products finished). If the customer do not want it and it has not be shipped to the customer after 2 months, then our company will make the products as a bad debt, it will be sold out soon. The 30% deposit will not return back to the customer.”
LIU' response was both shocking and eye opening; especially for those NOT familiar with those BANDITS!! Because once protested for that unbearable behavior, outrageous response got from LIU (Jan.14-2015) was :
“I understand what you wrote to me. While I still have to say, it’s absolutely not blackmail, I just want to tell you the info you need to know.”

And so at Sunrans Co, ostrich “strategy” and blackmailing are the ordinary ways to run international business combined with their illusion of oversea protection making them supposedly “untouchable”.
How these sellers could be credible for a Company claiming that "After 7 years' development, the area of our factory was expanded to 12000 square meters."??
Who would possibly trust a Chinese company doing and enticing blackmailing, let alone do so secretly, and outside of any legal framework? How and why these behaviors are allowed by their CEO with "virtual" no oversight ?? In starkly clear terms, SUNRANS is but a SCAM, a real SCAM!! Nothing else.
Additionally, it is obvious that there is absolutely no “SUNRANS Europe” or “SUNRANS Deutschland”! Because this “company” still previously charged as being criminal, is carefully reluctant to engage personally in Europe after “having been chased out of the Hong Kong by the authorities and have evaded creditors” several years ago.
So SUNRANS is now pursuing his misdeeds from China via the web...!
As demonstrated by screen shots got from the official Memory of the Web (archive.org), they even stolen and re-directed DNS name from website domain hongkongsunrans.com (belonging to former British importer) to sunrans.com...!

You can see that way-back machine captured three times the website content, but unfortunately without storing photos (text only )...
First capture was done on June 18-2013, the second on may 17-2014, and last December 17-2014. You can see on others screen shot on page dealing with Service after sale, that article was on line since June 2011.
Theft was perpetrated between may 17-2014, and December 17-2014 because when robot crawled on may 2014, content was same of June 2013 and on December 17 2014 appears the redirection to sunrans.com...!
So the combat via hongkongsunrans.com website started on June 2011 and lasted until December 17-2014.
While the post on Alibaba forum is dated of august 10-2010.!
And nowadays these true CRIMINAL still refuse the truth and dislike their misdeed could be publicly revealed because they continue again and again to violate and hack others websites.
You need to know also that Internet websites SUNRANS and SURFSPAS are exactly the same scam company because they belong to the same “group”;
They use Alibaba website platform as complementary support for selling SPA on line as confirmed by this screen-shot...
Sunrans refrain from list any supposedly existing sellers (this grievance was still advocated by British dealer..!) but dare to entice and lure on line : “Why be a dealer”
And proudly claim: “Sunrans carries out its Internet marketing on famous webs such as Google and Alibaba.”
According the warning screen-shot got form SCAM ADVISER (the malicious websites monitoring site), SUNRANS website is however a CONFIRMED SCAM based in the United States...!
A curious discrepancy for the supposed “reputation” of this Chinese manufacturer who should be obviously hosted in such “republic”…!
Internet is unfortunately riddled with so many fake sites or sites of scam whose majority created daily for appear to be genuinely sincere.
Even most of the sites ratings “reviews” are tinged with false opinions, making it nearly impossible for anyone to distinguish a real website of another scam site injecting false material onto the Internet in order to destroy the reputation.
Nevertheless this site is proving of public utility because it contains the beginning of a collection of REAL LIFE TESTIMONIALS experienced long time ago...! Not compromising so the integrity of the Internet itself...
For example, this screen shot attest that warnings was circulated on E-bay too...
This other screen copy attest also that Mr. R. Perry (former Sunrans uk seller) was REALLY prosecuted for refusing to deliver SPAS which he had received order meanwhile on E-Bay.
The testimony from client of former British importer is dated 27 August 2009:
"I PURCHASED A HOT TUB FROM HIM LAST YEAR, NEVER RECEIVED SAID HOT TUB, PROMISED A REPLACEMENT, NEVER RECEIVED.../... WE HAVE TAKEN HIM TO COURT AND WON THE CASE, HE NOW OWES US AROUND £700 AND RISING WITH INTEREST AND COURT COSTS."
Observe carefully the dates highlighted in red within the picture... They prove the virulence and “memories” of the events that ensued between the months of August 2009 and May 2012...
And as of May 21, 2012, hoeyboy0 has posted the second message:
“NEVER BUY FROM THIS PERSON. MYSELF AND FOUR OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE CONTACTED ME THROUGH EBAY BOUGHT HOT TUBS FROM THIS PERSON...”
Problems detailed above are rather awful for public reputation of SUNRANS ...!
Because it is therefore obvious that the importer has preferred in a first time find an alternative solution. Before being finally forced to cave in to legal and financial pressure...!
Here's the gist of what he stated very recently about nightmares experienced with Sunrans:
“.../...after the considerable financial loss and trauma that was caused by their unlawful unethical conduct, i wish .../... about it. The previous Company spent many thousands on Chinese lawyers as well as many more tens of thousands trying to repair customer's goods and it was a terrible, terrible situation. .../...
they moved from Hong Kong to China to evade my Court actions against them and they will probably just close down in the face of legal action. The bloke you need is called Ray .../...- he was the owner.../...”
These track back are not completed, because they allow to find NOW other customers deceived by Sunrans, potentially interested in the International Class Action ...
Because the memory of the “new Internet God” (is this Google?) is absolutely infallible... The cause-effect relationship of events will go on...
And despite these concatenations, the very haughty Chinese from Sunrans continue to feel totally UNTOUCHABLE playing the stupid tactics of the ostrich!
Because they have not understood that now, the name of SUNRANS all over Internet, will rhyme with SCAM.! (In several languages...)
Exactly as the name of the Chinese ALIBABA rhymes with SCAM..!! And this, already for some time, thanks to the extraordinary memory of the "New God Google”...
After reading of the foregoing, it is obviously demonstrated that Sunrans is deliberately spreading lies on the Internet about their capabilities to do honest on-line business, and made really safe and reliable SPAS.
So it is up to you to move right now from the "virtual" to the real...!
