British dealer state about SECURITY of Sunrans SPA & Alibaba behavior :
"A company that sells Hot Tubs and spas known as 'Sunrans', 'Sunrans.com' or 'Guangzhou Sanitary Ware Ltd' have supplied goods that have caused serious damage and almost death to customers.

BE WARNED: The above companies are run by criminals hiding behind chinese laws and you will completely waste your money ordering anything from them and you will not get it back. We have photos of their products which have caught fire, melted, rusted and corroded beyond use within months of buying them and have emails that prove they will not resolve any problems. We are happy to supply details and evidence."

Here another dreadful excerpt of statement about previous complaint to Alibaba:

About SPA security TWO statements here below :

This clearly meant that since long time ago (2008...) whirlpool Jacuzzi sold by Sunrans, DO NOT FIT AT ALL to any of European CE technical regulations and / or approval certifications!!"The majority of the 70 Hot Tubs, Pools and Spas (or 6 container loads) our Company sold in 2008, have caused fires with people inside them, broken into pieces upon installation and construction and had entire circuit boards, house fuses and electrical parts short out and blow;.../... Our Company was sued around 8 times by various unhappy customers where the Sunrans Company had literally stolen our money and our customers money"
So the most important public question is:
HOW MANY PEOPLE ALL ACROSS THE WORLD
ARE IN DANGER AT THIS DAY??
In spite of this, the Company persist and proudly claim that :

Moreover Sunrans proudly show within its website this kind of "VINTAGED" & FAKE “Chinese document” supposed to give to customers the luring appearance of a guarantee covering any risk - reliability inherent to construction of these Jacuzzi pools ...
It is really unbelievable to read these kind of mentions because they don’t even state right models...
Additionally mentions mix results of test concerning at same time “Massage bathtub ; Computer Steam Room ; Sauna Room” AND standards requiring (obviously) very different methods for security inspection...
“The statement is based on a single evaluation of one sample of above mentioned product. It does not imply an assessment of the whole production and do not permit the use of the test lab.
The manufacturer should ensure that all product in series production are in conformity with the product sample detailed in this report. The applicant should hold the whole technical report at disposal of the competent all the right.”
Common sense force anyone to admit that only an OFFICIAL document issued from one of these International Communities could be eventually considered as fully trustful...!
But definitively NOT a “report” got from a local Chinese private company.
So when Sunrans Company was asked / summoned (before make full payment) to give evidence that their supposed CE EMC and CE LVD certificate are NOT simply 2 faked documents, NO answer was provided!!
And even a very recent inspection lead by a supposedly independent Chinese Company was fully biased by one of the sales persons of Sunrans in charge to cleverly fool inspector: sales girl Caty Liu !!
Then in spite of obligations for Sunrans to respect above said statements, even ESSENTIAL ELECTRICAL SECURITY construction of SPA was NOT checked at all!!
As per the screen shot here below, inspector nevertheless stated this MAIN point within report dated Jan.-20-2015: "But there is no equipment to perform related safety tests"
But once refused to buy the unchecked and unsafe "Jacuzzi", Sunrans dared to CLAIM having checked HIMSELF security beforehand!!
And continued so leading blackmailing!!
Here a very SHOCKING e-mail excerpt got from another Sunrans sales girl Ms Susan Fan. (Marketing Manager) :
“Michael Tan's comment is not professional, we do 72 hours water& electricity testing for each spa, if this not safety test, then what is?

Please understand, no matter you have inspecting company check the order condition or not, we also give the 2 years warranty of electronics and surface and 5 years for structure.”
